Cognitive biases

Designers, marketers, advertisers, and anyone who has to sell people on ideas and concepts should make sure to take a look at this slideshow that simply and clearly explains cognitive biases. Specifically read through the section on the 42 decision-making biases. Sometimes it’s nice to know what you could be up against when you’re pitching to a client. Knowing the basic arguments people will have against your idea/project/design/concept will help you come up with counter arguments before you even present.
