MIMA Merit

As most of you probably know, today is the MIMA Summit. If you’re like me, you’re watching the Livestream or you’re tagging along with Minnov8′s live blog.

That’s all fine and dandy, but you know what we’re missing? The Nerdery’s mix-n-match merit badges.
meritbadges

Attendees of MIMA Summit can check their swag bags for their merit badges. They can collect them all, or trade with their friends to get the ones they’ve really earned. If attendees manage to collect five merit badges, they can take a picture of themselves and their badges and tweet it to @the_nerdery for a chance to win Beatles Rock Band.

For those of you not in attendance, here’s what each badge represents:

  • VIDEO GAMES: “Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Start.”
Requirement: You’ve used ASS as your high score initials.
  • iPHONE: “There’s a badge for that.”
